CST Convey All 1550 are auger wagons (trailers semi)

Color Selectable
Added Strobes
Increased Capacity
Increased Unload Speed
It does have an error in the log for the gray default color but it doesn’t affect the mod or the performance. I will try to address the issue when I get time.
