Three Chairs BETA is a challenging forestry and grassland map set in the Black Forest, based on a real elevation model.

Setting: Forestry and agricultural map located in the Black Forest.
Version: Finalized – Only bug fixes and minor adjustments will be made.

Background:
The map is inspired by the real region but is not built to a 1:1 scale. Elevation data was captured with an accuracy of 30 meters.

Some adjustments were made to ensure the map is diverse and player-friendly:
The steepest terrain in FS25: The map features extremely steep areas, offering unique challenges.
Forestation: About 80% of the region is forested in reality. Some of these areas have been converted into meadows.

Land Distribution:
Approximately 60%/40% forest to farmland/grassland ratio, with around 35,000 trees.

Start and Purchase Options:
Starting Farm (Dairy)
Sheep Farm
Sufficient starting vehicles for grassland and forestry are available.
Free areas for building your own small farms.
Biogas Plant (BGA): Can be purchased and used as your own “farm.”

Productions and Sales Points:
Restaurant, farmers’ market, manure/dung sales, small and large farm kiosks, animal sales;
Biogas plant, oil mill, flour mill, biomass power plant, spinning mill, tailor, dairy, carpentry, sawmill, small grape processing plant, cooperage;
Flexibility: All buildings, decorations, and productions can be fully removed or moved using a MOD.

Technical Details
Roads:
Asphalt roads were created without Blender, as 80% of the map consists of field and forest paths.
The helper AI recognizes all roads.

Errors and Warnings: None

Recommendation:
Tools like Courseplay and Autodrive are recommended for an optimal gameplay experience.

Additional Notes:
Map boundaries have collisions but can be bypassed using flight mode. A fix using Giants Map Boundaries might be needed, but this is not game-breaking unless you enjoy playing in flight mode.
The map is currently not planned for consoles.
Tree limit reached; more trees are only possible with the No Tree Limit Mod.
