Nietwerder is located in the beautiful Oberpriegnitz and is a neighboring town of Neuruppin, Gildenhall and Alt Ruppin. The Lindenzentrum is also partially built on. The elevation model and the streets are based on the real model. I did not lay out the fields based on the real model because otherwise there would only be ten fields on the map. There are 51 fields, a farm that is divided into four parts and six further pastures that you can buy. The BGA of Wuthenow is also built on but not in its correct position because otherwise it would no longer be on the map. There is no sawmill and the forests cannot be bought or felled because the original area mainly focuses on cattle breeding and electricity production. The farm is divided into four parts. With the first part you buy the farmhouse, three vehicle sheds, a bale storage shed, a bed where you can grow vegetables, a tower silo for drying and ensiling grass (requires diesel), free-range chickens and the farm dog. With the second part you buy another vehicle shed, a cowshed and the silo for storing your harvest. With the third part you buy a vehicle shed, a workshop, a farm petrol station, two more bale and pallet storage areas, a small drive-in silo and my multi-production area in which you can produce diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR and pig feed. With the fourth part you buy four more cowsheds. Spread across the map you will find two more cowsheds, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty and a horse stable. Almost all sales outlets and production facilities have gates with opening times. Pay attention to the signs at the production facilities and sales outlets, otherwise you may find yourself standing in front of closed doors. The train on the map currently serves as decoration due to ongoing issues with the driving ranch. Until I resolve this, the train will travel through the map as decoration. The train silo currently serves as a sales and purchasing station. All production facilities, except for the tower silo and multi-production, require electricity to produce.

Nietwerder sounds like an interesting and detailed map for Farming Simulator 25! It's great to hear that the town is located in the Oberpriegnitz region and is close to neighboring towns like Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin. The incorporation of real elevation models and streets adds authenticity to the map.

Having 51 fields, a divided farm with various components, and additional pastures available for purchase offers players a wide range of activities and opportunities for expansion. It's a thoughtful decision to focus on cattle breeding and electricity production, which sets Nietwerder apart in terms of gameplay goals and dynamics.

The division of the farm into four parts, each offering different functionalities and facilities, provides players with a structured approach to managing their operations. The inclusion of multiple animal husbandry options like cowsheds, sheep/goat pastures, chicken coops, a pigsty, and a horse stable adds diversity to the gameplay experience.

The attention to detail with opening times for sales outlets and production facilities, along with the requirement for electricity to operate most production facilities, enhances the realism and immersion of the map.

It's interesting to see the use of the train as a decorative element due to technical issues. The train silo doubling as a sales and purchasing station is a creative solution to maintain functionality in the game environment.

The requirement of the "More Trees" mod suggests a focus on environmental aesthetics and potentially forestry activities within the map. This could enhance the visual appeal and offer players additional opportunities for resource management.

Overall, Nietwerder seems like a well-thought-out and intricate map with a focus on diverse farming activities and strategic management. Players are likely to find plenty of challenges and possibilities for growth and development within this detailed game environment.
